We are thrilled to announce that St. Matthew Cathedral has received 10 scholarships from a diocesan grant to attend Notre Dame Vision this summer! Notre Dame Vision is a five-day summer camp hosted on the campus of the University of Notre Dame where rising 9th graders through 12th graders join other high schoolers from around the country to grow in their faith.

Learning from the witness of the saints, in small group and large auditorium sessions, high schoolers are mentored by a team of faith-filled college students and given the opportunity to spend time asking how God is calling them to serve the Church and the world. All meals and housing for the week are provided by the University.

We are planning to send a group the week of June 20-24. ND Vision ordinarily costs $425 per student for the week, which our scholarship would reduce to $150. Scholarships will be awarded with a preference towards parishioners of St. Matthew Cathedral, and based on the quality of free response answers and financial need.

If you are interested, please fill out the following application: St. Matthew Group Application. We are working with a quick turnaround due to the deadlines given to us by the ND Vision program, so preference will be given to applications received by Friday, March 25th. Remaining scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis after that date.

To learn more about the program: ND Vision. Note, please do NOT fill out the application on the ND Vision website. I have been asked to register our entire group together.
